I. Note - Introduction
Devil Fight II - The Revolt is a game. The chat is a fundamental part of the game and not the main thing. Players not acting in the spirit of the game will be banned. Players can buy game currency. The developer fells commitment towards these players to ensure the level and quality of the game.
This is an adult game, created by adults for adults. Registration and participation of minors in the game is not normally allowed, except if the behavior of a minor player can be classified as adult-like. Under these circumstances, an underage player can play the game until further notice.
With the start of the game, each player accepted these rules and the associated potential consequences.
II Rules and user rules
1 There is no legal claim on a game account.
2 Show respect and courtesy when chatting with others. It is supposed to be fun and humor is part of it. But everybody has a different sense of humor. If you are in a bad mood, don't harass others with it. Don't jump into action right after entering a chatroom. Check which people are present and what the general mood is. Willingness to help newbies is a matter of course. The Chatiquette applies.
3 Harassing other player in chat or via Private Messaging or pressing others to give personal information is prohibited.
4 CAPITAL LETTERS, Smiles and other special commands are to be used to emphasize. Always writing in capital is unwanted as it means "shouting" in chats. Swear words are prohibited. The use of foul language is also prohibited. If you want to speak to somebody specifically, address your sentence with a name.
5 If somebody doesn't behave correctly, simply leave her/him alone. Do not discuss with the offender and offend others with that. The offender will get bored and eventually disappear if he/she doesn't get any attention. If he/she is especially stubborn, inform the support or a chat-mod. You should inform the support in any case if somebody incurs a penalty.
6 The instructions of the game operator, the administrators and moderators are to be obeyed. Moderators have the right to ban or gag players without warning and without giving any reasons. The game operator has the irrevocable right to ban or delete players without warning and without giving any reason.
7 Bugs and errors, loopholes in the system and problems should be reported to the support immediately. The exploitation of bugs in programming for ones own benefit, so-called bugusing, is not allowed. Every player is obliged to report bugs by e-mail to the support immediately.
8 Criticizing other players (public or private) when they apply all or some of the mechanisms of the game in the sense of the game is prohibited. It is forbidden to criticize the frequency of application, too.
9 The exchange of information on the status of the avatars before a fight is not allowed. It is also forbidden to disclose values (weapons level, features, power-ups, etc.). Deliberately losing or letting challenges expire or intentional death of the avatar, to gain an advantage in the game or to push other players, is also prohibited.
10 Updates and rules may also be announced and described in the forum. Any player is responsible to keep himself up to date about such changes. Major changes of rules are announced explicitely on game start.
11 There is no entitlement to a refund of purchased items or game currency after gags, kicks, bans or deletes.
12 Actions taken against Avatars can only be revoked if the originally issuing Moderator or Administrator is present, the game operator may revoke actions without consent of the originator.
13 Trying to bypass an action taken, for example by asking another moderator, causes an automatic and permanent ban. Exception: complaints about moderators to the game operator.
14 Racist or violent nicks are prohibited. Violence and drug glorification, pornographic and racist remarks are prohibited as well and may be prosecuted.
15 Players are not allowed to advertise other games. Links are not allowed, there is a fine forum to put each link in its own topic.
16 Account - Sharing is not prohibited. One account may only be played by one player.
17 Account sitting is not allowed.
18 Each player may only hold one account. This also applies to Accounts only created to push another, either actively or passively. If more players occupy the same IP (e.g. schools, homes, families) the players in doubt need to proof they are different real persons. Further similarities other than the IP are to be avoided. It is also forbidden to gain advantages by logging in as another account or making arrangements.
19 Constant creation of new accounts is seen as multi-accounting and may lead to a permanent ban.
20 An account belongs to the owner of the permanent email address. Accounts may not be traded.
21 Actions that cause excessive traffic or are likely to affect game play, are not allowed. semi-automatic or automatic scripts that try to execute queries on the database or activate game mechanics are especially prohibited. A violation of this policy will result in immediate exxulsion from the game. The game operator reserves the right to file compensation claims in the amount of damage plus the resulting administrative burden.
22 If the player experiences disadvantages due to errors in programming or other mistakes caused by the operator or the team, he has no legal claim to reinstatement of his status before the event (personal backup).
23 Blackmail and threats, as well as defamation relating to the real life, can lead to ban from the game and forum depending on the seriousness. Blackmail and / or threats against the game developers and operators, no matter in what form (eg e-mail, forum, chat, private messages), will result in legal action against the offender. If a player slanders the game, the game operator reserves the right to ban the player and take legal action if necessary.
24 Any violation of these rules may lead to a temporary or permanent ban from the game. Depending on the seriousness of the offense, this can be extended by the administrators to all offers of the game operator. The team is committed to pursue every case of rule infringement after notification of the best of its knowledge and belief. A new registration to circumvent a ban is prohibited and is treated as a multi-account. An exclusion is directed at the physical person, not the account. An exclusion thus means a virtual ban on home!
25 By accepting the rules and regulations of this game the player also accepts the responsibility for any offenses his account is used for. An issued virtual home ban is as valid as a real house ban. The developer / operator reserves the right to enforce this at the expense of the offender.
26 for the services provided minors are allowed to register if they have the necessary capacity for insight to understand the applicable terms and comply with a notification and in consultation with their legal guardians. For the Case that the legal guardians allow the use the services by the minors, they accept their responsibility for the conduct of minors online, the consequences of misuse of the services by the minors and the general conditions of use of services. The legal guardians are also aware that the developers and game operators have no control over the content of the talks conducted in the chat. A self-responsible supervision of the legal guardians is therefore required regarding the chat habits and people the minor talks to. Minors falsifying information about their age come under the tortious liability of damages caused by them.
27 Each user is responsible for protecting its own access information and has to choose them in a way to avoid guessing or easily finding them out. The automatically created password of the system meets these criteria, but only as long as it is securely stored and not shared. The operator assumes no liability of user damage for loss or disclosure of this data by the user. Because of potential security issues all currently known and future "Temporary email addresses" are blocked. However, if such a mail address is used to create an account, the developer / operator reserves the right to block this email address as well and the account completely - with all the consequences.
28 Any user is obliged to report violations by other users immediately. A failure to report can lead to a ban.
29 The Operator reserves the right to control the Chat (in the public rooms, group rooms and whispered messages) and the private messages randomly or constantly to ensure compliance with the rules and applicable laws.
